Too many people, too few staff. There is not enough staff before noon, resulting in big queues. After noon, there are more staff but also more people.

On February 19th, the cable car was broken, so I had to travel by canoe because it was too crowded.

The wait time for the ride was too long, many staff members yelled at customers, the cable car was out of order, customers had to walk a very long distance to get to the speedboat, then they had to stand and wait in a terrible crowd for a long time before they could get back to the main island. More importantly, from the moment I knew the cable car was out of order until I got back to the main island, I only heard this information from other customers and they directed each other to queue; I didn't hear a single apology from the staff. I paid money and got frustrated on Tet holiday.
