Such a good and great platform for purchasing activities tickets and flight tickets as well… cheap and easy to use the app.

Everything went smoothly from redeeming tickets to taking photos and giving treats to the animals. A whole lot of them aren't afraid of visitors, in fact, eagerly waiting for their treats to the point we had to buy twice because it's not enough 🤭. We went there on a normal day, hence no queue and only very little visitors. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The park is very clean with plenty of fans and sinks. If you're looking for a place to enjoy with kids, I'd recommend here 👍😉

Most of animals cages closed like small birds sitting in hand when asked the staff reason given the birds still learning.i have been to the place many times before also never seen one animal show also.still the same not upgraded.

The best time to arrive here is when there are fewer visitors because I went on a weekday so I can experience all the facilities and fun with the animals. The animals here are more like exotic animals, they are taken care of very well. I am very happy because most of the animals here are very tame and easy to feed. I just didn't enjoy the fun in the bird section because at that time the weather was not conducive and many birds were hiding to take shelter from the rain. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. I visited alone and the staff helped me take pictures and record videos for my memories here. You must visit here to enjoy the fun and be able to share the kindness towards the animals, Thank you also traveloka sponsoring the entrance ticket here😃

The Wildlife Park was very clean, the animals were tame and friendly, the assistances were knowledgeable and helpful. Recommended for couples and families!

I got much cheaper price when using Traveloka compare to the one in official website. The redemption also pretty straightforward and easy. The voucher can be bought at least half an hour before you enter the park because the system needs to issue them first after the payment has been done so it took time. Overall very recommended to use the apps.

Tempat anak paling suka. Boleh beri makanan pada haiwan. Anak anak lebih teruja. Ada instructor yang sangat friendly and berpengetahuan tentang kawasan yang mereka jaga. Sangat recommended untuk mereka yang ada anak anak. Berbaloi sangat dengan harga yang dibayar.

Went during non-peak period. Feels like we own the whole park to ourselves. Birds are too cute! But the blue parrot at the front gate was so loud that even our kids ran away! 😂

Best experience evaaa... I love animals and the staff sooo friendly... They told us the habit of animals... I wish that I could go there like every day... It's better than underwater world. I felt like so close with animals which I can fed them... Touch them...
