The locker rental staff needs to be re-educated about exchanging money at the counter, before saying there is no money, it would be better to first check the condition of the counter money, don't just say there is none, unless indeed cash transactions are not allowed. In addition, other services are good, especially at the wave pool there is live music, the singer on May 25th was really cool!! It looks like it hasn't been maintained for a long time.. the paint color has faded.. for snacks/food it's too pricey, the price is 100% double everything.. renting a gazebo is also quite pricey.. just adjust the price if I may suggest.

I am very disappointed with the rental service of the pavilion at Transera.. I paid 150 thousand for 3 hours.. even though the pavilion is a facility provided by Transera.. I think it would be better to pay 150 thousand but there should be no additional hours or additional costs.. this is what makes me and my family disappointed because it is like limiting our time to play and swim in Transera.. thank you
