Just arrived at Changi Airport, went straight to Explorer Jewel. The plan was to only spend 1 hour at Jewel, but once inside, I didn't realize it had already been 3 hours, because the indoor waterfall was so beautiful.

Simple process, no need to queue for tickets.

It was easy to redeem and purchased with a good deal.

Very exciting experience for the low price. We definitely will be back when we are in Singapore.

My advice for those who want to go to Jewel Changi is to skip the ticket. It's better to just go to the ground floor for free.

it was fun way to spend our transit time at Jewel. My kids (14, 13, 9) had fun with the attractions on their own. only lacking of signage on the entrance as jewel level 5 floor is quite big and we have to search the entrance as only 1 entrance is open.

Fast process. While waiting for the flight, bring the kids here so they don't get bored.
