During the last semester break, I took my nephews and nieces to Cimory. They loved it. There were lots of photo spots, they got lots of discount vouchers for food and drinks (including ice cream), there were lots of animals, and there was a swimming pool too (so after walking around looking at the animals, they went straight for a swim to refresh themselves)😁🤭

For the ticketing process is very smooth and easy. The experience while in the area is also quite pleasant. It's just a bit unfortunate is the condition of some of the animals displayed and their cages. Some animals are in a worrying condition, unhealthy. The cages are clean, well maintained, just less natural. Maybe the cages should be adjusted to the animal's habitat in nature.

It's a fun place, it's a pity that there's also a queue for e-ticket exchange, you don't have your own e-ticket exchange counter, if it's quiet it's nice but if there's a lot of people you can queue for a long time..

The staff is very friendly and full of smiles, exchanging tickets is also easy. The rides all function well and provide a lot of education for children too
