You (parents) need to preplanned which job to participate, or else you have to give up some activities, suggest to the parents to register the 5 main activities as early as you can, and try to join some short activities nearby between waiting intervals. Let your kids try the climbing activity (if they like it), you can even spend the remaining monies there, it's fun.

Amazing experience. The kids love it so much and everything is orderly and staff are friendly. Great place to visit. Ticket redemption are very easy too. Just got to scan our faces using the link in tickets that's all.

Wide variety of occupations for the children to experience. Collaboration with companies such as Tealive, Food panda, Subway, BFM and so on added to the realism of the activities. Staff were friendly, helpful and patient. Unfortunately the items and redemption value of kidzo money from the store is not worth it. Better to keep the $$$ in the bank.

My kids had so much fun. They implement booking for those popular stations like police, fire fighter, pilot. More efficient, no need to waste time queuing long hours for those popular stations.

My kid had the time of his life. The staff was super friendly and helped him to understand the directions, even if he’s not an English speaker. Everything is superbly organized. Excellent experience.

Quite a crowd even on weekdays, but still in control. No long queue. For the ticket, no need to claim anything, just register our face online and no need for registration already.

Highly recommended! Suggest to spend the whole day, as some popular activities have time allotments and may require a queue. We spent 8 hours exploring different occupations and ended up purchasing the KidZania passport at RM38. Great place to spend the day without screen time :)

Enjoyed our time there. Managed to do the Face ID with the voucher that was emailed after purchase, so we just had to go straight to the entrance without redeeming any ticket. The price on the app was cheaper too, so it was a good deal. Pro tip: go early before the crowd comes so that waiting time is shorter and you get to book those jobs that require booking early.

It was super fun and the price is fairly cheaper than Singapore's Kidzania. Kids enjoyed it so much. The only drawback is, the ambulance/police/fire engine keeps going round and round with loud siren around the area (with no place to hide from the noise), so if the kids are new to the concept of kidzania, they may feel scared/shocked/noisy for the first 15-30 mins.

The price is more affordable if you buy tickets with Trevaloka.

My kids aged 4, 11 & 14 had fun. They enjoy everything there. Since we went on monday, queue wasnt that crazy yet still some need to do name booking in advance like the fire station, police station, flight simulator. Better come in the morning so that u get to try all of the play area. Food price in there was fair priced i guess. Not too expensive but still a bit higher from outside. There’s a baby play area, parents lounge and toilet. The place is clean & comfortable.

Best of all... it's still 5 years before I want to go again. I have to go early in the morning, otherwise I won't have time to play everything.

Went on a weekday, nice and isn't crowded.
