The quality was amazing; after the mud bath, my skin felt so smooth and soft, it was fantastic. Definitely worth going, I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Nha Trang.

Mud bath is ok, water park has few slides but okay!! The streams are ok, I like the 18 degree lake the most hehhe If I have a chance, I will come back The way to the resort has to go through a bridge which is a bit scary, only those with good driving skills dare to drive🥹

We booked in advance but when we arrived, it was still fully booked and we had to change to the VIP package. However, the VIP package is very private, has a private tub and a private space that is quite comfortable, chill, the staff take care so I think we should try the VIP package.

the redemption was fast and easy (the email of ticket from i resort might be gone to spam, so check your spam box). the warm spring water pool were relaxing, mud bath was quite special

Quite ok, 8 people went for mud bath and herbal bath which was very good. Staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and polite. Especially the dining area. Staff 100 points

After booking the ticket, Bich's staff did not send the ticket with QR code. I called for 2 consecutive days but they did not answer. When I checked in, I had to wait for the resort to contact me and wait for Bich to send the code, which took a lot of time.

Terrible experience we had to pay again when we got there because we never received a voucher from I resort and when they called Traveloka and gave me the phone to try and rectify the situation I I couldn’t understand the lady and she hung up on me. Don’t use Traveloka for this!

Book online but when presenting the ticket, have to wait for Traveloka staff to check and send the ticket manually. The procedure takes longer than going to the place to buy the ticket directly.
