The ticket exchange process is easy and the rides are also quite complete and so on.

Staff members were great apart for the one at the ticket redemption counter who seemed to have had no training at all. We had to queue to redeem our tickets which we purchased online and the staff member seemed confused with their own system and took roughly half an hour just to serve two people before us. It simply defeated the purpose of buying ticket online, as people who bought tickets on the spot were able to get their tickets much quicker than us.

My son was so happy to be there with all the rides, we even lost track of time because we were having so much fun playing.

Besides the rides, there are also cool attractions, I really like them. It's not just one show, but several performances and a parade, unlike other areas where there are only rides.

There wasn't much of a queue. The staff were all nice, too. The kids loved it.

everything is good. a little trouble in the locker, the key is problematic, replaced with another locker by the officer.

Each ride has a guard and each guard always offers to try their rides, gives an explanation about the rides and is guided until we start the game.

The gaming experience was very impressive but one of the bad things was the service of the staff in the exchange/photo taking section was very unfriendly when I asked. The female staff and male staff gave poor responses and did not work professionally. Hopefully, Trans Studio Mall can review the performance of its staff so that visitors can feel more comfortable and satisfied when playing there.

Buying from Traveloka, you have to check every day, bro, because there are often promotions.

Fun! We came here on the weekend, but it wasn't too crowded. The staff were friendly, the quality of the rides was also okay, there were just a few rides that were boring/not so fun. Hopefully there will be more rides added too!

An interesting place to visit with kids during the holidays. The price is affordable and the ticket redemption is very easy.
