Taking the cable car is fast but the waiting time in line is quite long. The staff doesn't know how to arrange and handle things, making the situation of pushing and shoving very unpleasant.

The trip from Hai Phong to Cat Ba is always more crowded with staff than the trip from Cat Ba to Hai Phong. There are not enough ticket sales staff.
