Okay, the rides are fun, there are lots of rides to choose from.

Yes, it's quite okay. Yesterday it wasn't too crowded on a weekday, but some of the rides were undergoing maintenance. Luckily, I bought them during a discount. Maybe if it was at the normal price, it wouldn't be worth it because not all the rides could be used. So far so good.

The staff were all friendly and pleasant. It's a shame I couldn't try all the rides because of the queues. If you can wait for hours on just one ride, and it's only open for 7 hours, that's a sign you're being asked to buy a fast track ticket. 😆

The staff is friendly, the place is comfortable, there's not too long a queue, and you can get discounted prices. Best of luck to Trans Studio.

It's fun, but you have to research the list of rides before coming here. It's nice and suitable for bringing kids to play without getting hot.. hehe

It was so much fun playing here yesterday, the staff is all friendly, the rides are also fun 10/10. I came when it was quiet so it was nice and the roads weren't congested 💯

It was really exciting, the long queues for Formula Kart alone. The others were normal, the remaining Alien Taxi was untried, the kids all loved it.

Very satisfying, but I suggest not coming on holidays because it's crowded. If you really want to go on holidays, try to use VIP so you can still play comfortably.

For ticket exchange, please differentiate between online and offline (on the spot) purchases.

Exchanging tickets is easy, the rides are fun and plentiful, really satisfying.

Our family and I first tried the rides at Transstudio Cibubur. It was an adrenaline rush with a fair amount of waiting time, but we understood that since it was a holiday. It was fun, thrilling, and satisfying. Family Kart was our favorite. However, the queues were long and slow. There seemed to be not enough staff to handle the rides. They should have added more to speed up their work. However, the restaurant facilities were lacking and not worth the price. It's recommended to eat before entering. The staff were friendly and informative. The restrooms were clean. There was only one option. Yes, the F&B was lacking. But overall, it was great. Especially if you book tickets through Traveloka. It's cheap and great. We'll definitely come back again.
