When I arrived at Fukue terminal at 9:30 AM on Jul 28 to claim my ticket, the attendant told me the ticket was for the ferry departing Fukuoka instead of Fukue. It was clearly a mistake since I purchased the Inbound Double Plan (Departing from Nagasaki/Goto to Hakata). The attendant had to call several people to get it sorted and wasted quite a bit of my time. We only got the ticket issued at 10 AM and we no longer had time to purchase bentos or souvenirs. It would have been better to purchase the ticket on-site.
