The front staff is so good, she can speak English and Chinese, which is a gold staff. Proud to be one of them who experienced this thingy. Only 1 minus from this time is the crowd is so crowding.

The staff is very helpful and kind. In case you want to rent a camera/GoPro, it's better to come early and prepare a Mastercard/Visa for payment.

Seamless booking experience and a good deal also. Overall, on-site experience also very smooth, to redeem the tickets, and the team on site, the ride itself is a must do. Ideal time would be around sunset with the good view, and also the lights in the surrounding areas coming on adds to the experience.

It's great for watching the sunset. I went up twice. First, with a strong wind (it felt extreme because it was spinning around). Second, with a small wind, I could enjoy it more slowly.

It's fun, whether it's scary or not depends on the wind. If it's strong, it's scary, but if it's normal, it's not. I happened to ride it twice.

You can't bring your cell phone. Unfortunately, the staff didn't inform you that there were camera rentals available.

Easy to locate, check-in was very quick if you’ve already bought this ticket online in advance. The ride was great, and you’re allowed to bring your own action camera / 360 if you have. Just wished the ride duration was longer, it was really too short.
