Great! Good surroundings, maybe add more flora and fauna to refresh.

The park was well maintained and so were the animals it seems. Very cute owl did a little dance when we patted her head. There were some renovations too, maybe they were expanding the area.

Overall, the experience was actually good, I was happy, the mengs have zodiac signs, have personalities, I feel alive when playing with them. The cat lounge guards are also very passionate about cats ❤️❤️ But I'm sorry, I can't give a full rating yet. A few notes, hopefully they can help for further evaluation: 1) In addition to the cat lounge, increase the number of animals, especially the ones in front. It's just turtles. 2) The cat lounge is limited to one session of 30 minutes, but there is no explanation on Traveloka. Or maybe I accidentally skipped it. So: a) Please explain that one session is only 30 minutes, and the cat lounge ticket is only valid for one session. b) Please also explain if you want to add a cat lounge session, etc., is it paid or not possible at all, aka you can only access the animal park and animal park feeding after the cat lounge.

When we arrived, the automatic gate system was having errors, so we had to wait for more than 40 minutes, and the animal area isn't that big.

Affordable location in the city center, clean and comfortable. We just need to find information about buying tickets.

Clean, child friendly, open space.. just need to be strict about non-smoking area, because this place has many children visitors.. should not allow people to smoke just right at the entrance/exit gate

Visited on Sunday afternoon to take my kids for a short getaway in the middle of SCBD. The place is right next to Pacific Place, so we parked our car in the mall and walked to the park. There was quite a line at the gate, but not too much; it took us around 10 mins until we got in. Upon entering, a welcome drink was there, along with a few deers strolling around freely. There's animal presentation on the weekend, but the theatre is a bit small that it cannot accommodate the crowd. Before entering the Botanical Garden, there's iguana and some other reptiles that you can take pictures with, and some arts and crafts activities for kids (making slimes, face painting, etc.). The highlight of our visit was the pond in the middle of Botanical Garden. My kids really enjoyed duck and fish feeding (additional fee for the pellets) and dipping our feet. All in all, even though the park is small and ticket is a bit pricey, but it is located well in SCBD, close to the mall, clean, and the staffs are friendly and helpful.

Visited on sat night. Its clean and not crowded. However, the flowers are not up to our expectations (some orchids are not even well maintained); and the animals area could be bigger with more variations
