During Halloween in mid-October, it wasn't very crowded, and the staff were lovely.

Walking into Minion Land feels like stepping right into the animated film. The main ride, Despicable Me Minion Mayhem, is super fun. We also love the Waterworld show and the Transformers 3D ride. Avoid peak seasons and weekends.

Was good. Just proper heavy rain that we couldn't see the figures. But other than that, still had quite the fun. Transformer and Minion Mayhem is amazing.

Everything was easy to find, with clear directions throughout the park. It’s not just for kids or families; solo travelers can have just as much fun! Age doesn’t matter. Just enjoy yourself and make wonderful memories. I had an amazing time spending the whole day here. Such a happy and memorable experience! ❤️

It was fun for the two times coming to USS, compared with USJ it’s nothing. But so far fun.

The staff is helpful and friendly to visitors. Plenty of souvenirs to purchase in each shop of different theme parks. The waiting time shown was accurate to ease us to estimate the waiting time for each theme. Route information for the tourists to walk from the bus station to Universal Studios is not sufficient.

Amazing experience! The rides were fun, the park was clean and well organized, and the staff were friendly. The atmosphere was great, and there were plenty of attractions to enjoy throughout the day. Definitely worth visiting. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
