Visited The TOP Penang recently and had an amazing experience! The view from the Rainbow Skywalk was absolutely breathtaking—you get a 360° panoramic view of George Town and the surrounding island. The Observatory Deck was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There’s also a nice mix of attractions suitable for both adults and kids—the Jurassic Research Center and Boutique Aquarium were all fun and educational.

Went it on weekday so there was actually no crowd. purcahsed the top 5 attractive: Aquarium was nice, the staff was friendly explain to us and let us take photo with some lizard n snake. Although we doesn't manage t watch the performances but overall was good. Jurassic not bad, suitable for kid, but as an adult my experienced also alright, can felt the passion of the staff so not bad~ Rainbow skywalk, hmmmm hard to say it would be nice if you arrange the spot at night but I went in evening around 5/6pm so nothing impress some more the photographer dont want to help us take photo "only allow to use this camera> then will need you to buy it to get the photo" skybridge, ok la the experience just for once haha. but the staff was nice keep asking us whether need him to help for take picture. Do remember to wear pants for this atvt else skirt and dress not allowed. the observatory deck was not bad find a spot that can let us pretend an helicopter to stand on the helipad haha. and the explanation before we entering the skybridge there was wow. Overall was nice, recomended for some new experience.

I bought a bundled ticket for 5 attractions, from the beginning of the entrance it was not stated the end time of each ride because it was only stated that the operating time was only until 10 pm. There was one ride that we did not have time to visit because we were not informed from the beginning about the end time of the operation, so this made us lose. The section in the information center explains when the operational time ends for each ride.

Even though I'm afraid of heights, I still dare to go to this ride. The place is clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and the service is very good. On the top floor there is a restaurant so you can eat and see the beautiful atmosphere of Penang city from a height

The ticket redemption process is very easy, later you will be given a bracelet as a sign, and guided by the staff above..very satisfied..tks

the whole attraction is rather boring. although individual dinosaurs are made with detail, there's almost zero interaction, which makes it very uninteresting. even my young 7 year old gave bad review. he said he won't come again, even though he loves dinosaurs. there's room for improvement

It's just so-so, very lacking, expensive. The ones in Indo-Java are even more beautiful.

It was hard to find the entrance gate at first because the tourist place is above an old poorly maintained building. But the view at the top of the building still mesmerizing me. Still worth to go there!

fantastic adventure at top Penang, opt for full package, there's many Instragram photo and can see local culture, also the top floor which the small glass bridge located can be used as a test of mind before taking the long glass bridge at other place...
