Buying coupons is easy, the prices are good, and there are discounts. Using coupons is very easy, no redemption required. The place is beautiful and worth the money.

The entry process is very easy. Simply show the barcode to the officer at the entrance and you'll be in immediately, without needing to exchange it for a physical ticket.

The place is clean, easy to scan the voucher and get in. Thus, the attraction is great if you love what they offer. I kinda feel they're missing some shows, and there's one activity which is to touching different kinds of shrimps.

Amazing experience, the new oceanarium is much better than the previous sea aquarium. There are more exhibits, the walkways are very spacious as well.

The staff is very friendly, the facilities are complete, the room is cool, and the dining area is comfortable. The only downside is that I haven't found a place to charge my phone, that's all. Thank you.

The check-in was seamless and swift. We were literally in in seconds. The place was busy on a Monday, but it was not crowded, and queues for activities at the touch pools were very fast. Also loved the sea jellies section. Always my favourite at any oceanariums.

We bought a last-minute ticket through the app during peak hour, but to my surprise, the crowd wasn't so bad, and we managed to explore the aquarium without rushing.

Everything is fine with the new name and renovation. Pretty big.

The place is amazing. We can see sharks flitting overhead in the aquarium tunnel. 👍
