Thank you to the app for giving our family a wonderful experience at Lotte Mall Aquarium. It was quite crowded on September 2nd, but it was still fun. Our family got to see many things: mermaids, capybaras, sea lions, penguins, jellyfish, and thousands of other fish and marine creatures we'd never seen before. My dad even said they brought the sun here!

It's absolutely beautiful, we'll definitely go again if we have the chance. Our whole family loved it.

Our trip on Saturday was quite crowded, so everyone should buy tickets in advance on the app to get a discount and to exchange tickets at the counter quickly without long queues. It's definitely worth it for the kids to experience this summer.

There was a slight hiccup when getting the tickets, but the staff were very enthusiastic and calmly assisted. It was a bit crowded on the weekend, but it was clean and not too stuffy. The jellyfish area was beautiful. There were many large fish, which the children quite enjoyed. The staff's photography skills weren't great, so I didn't want to buy printed photos; you can try taking some yourself. I even got a free ticket today, so I'll definitely come back.
