I’m grateful that I had the opportunity to visit Tiger Park and for the discount offered through the app. The staff were all lovely, friendly, and welcoming, and we didn’t have to wait long at all, which was great. However, I do wish it had been made clearer on the app beforehand that when interacting with the tigers, you are only allowed to pat them from about halfway down their bodies towards their tails, and not near their heads. I completely understand that this is for safety reasons, but I think it would be helpful for visitors to know what to expect before booking. Nearly all the tigers were sleeping during my visit, so unfortunately the experience wasn’t quite as interactive as I had imagined. I wish I had visited first and had a walk around before deciding to book. I walked away feeling a little disappointed and, for personal reasons, quite sad for the tigers. I understand that animals may be resting and that every visit will be different. I’m still grateful to have had the opportunity, and I appreciate the lovely staff and the discount through the app. I just wanted to share my personal experience so others can have a clearer understanding of what to expect. I genuinely hope others have a wonderful experience and enjoy their visit.
