The hot spring area is rather small compared to the size of the park. The private hot tubs are too small.

Aside from the air conditioning being too cold inside, everything else was fine. It's recommended to leave your luggage on the 4th floor and use a towel if you didn't bring one to wrap yourself in while moving between floors.

Families with children under 1.2m tall or weighing under 30kg can't enjoy the two best rides; they'll only splash around for a short while before getting bored. It's a waste of money. The onsen baths are scorching hot, burning your skin, so no one dares to dip their feet in the water. The ninja area on the 3rd floor is just a ball pit for 3-4 year olds; my 6-year-old didn't want to play because it wasn't anything special. Eating Japanese food on the 4th floor is like eating at a cheap restaurant outside; the chopsticks are disposable and cheap, and the children are running around and shouting loudly, but the staff don't bother to tell them to be quiet. In general, apart from the ninja and cherry blossom decor everywhere, the management here hasn't managed to bring out the true essence of Japan.

The water park is clean, beautiful, and indoors so it's not too hot and safe! The onsen bathing system is great; I had a good experience here! The facilities are clean and beautiful, and the staff are enthusiastic and friendly. I will definitely visit again.

We've been there twice, and the second time it was very crowded, but my daughter and I had a lot of fun.

The hotel is good. However, the recreational area, service, and staff are not good. 1. The guidance and control procedures are poor. Many people wearing tracksuits, t-shirts, and shorts (not swimwear) still entered the games, lazy river, and artificial wave pool. It felt very unhygienic. 2. Cleaning staff yelled at the staff member handing out locker keys. I went to the women's locker area on June 3rd, 2026, around 10 am. While the staff member was patiently explaining the rules to guests, a cleaning staff member walked by and said that explaining wasn't necessary; they should just hand out keys and force everyone to follow the rules without any explanation. I felt very sorry for the staff member.

The staff were okay, but in my opinion, the prices were a bit high. Lowering the ticket prices and food would make it more appealing.
