I came here with my husband and 2-year-old toddler. Of the 25 or so rides, my little one could only ride about 8 because he wasn't tall enough. But that was perfectly fine for us, as there was a dedicated area for toddlers. Redeeming tickets through the app was easy, and we got more than half off. I'll definitely be back when my little one is a little older.

The ticket exchange process was quite long because the queue in front of me had just purchased tickets at the counter, and it took a long time for them to buy their tickets first. Suggestion: Separate customers who have already purchased tickets and have vouchers from those who haven't purchased tickets to streamline the queue. The rides are quite good, but a few were closed, which is a shame. The attractions are very interesting and exciting.

The ticket exchange process was easy, the staff were friendly, all the rides were fun, and the wait wasn't too long, even on the weekend. Overall, it was a lot of fun, and I'd love to go back with my friends.

It's a bit hot inside Trans Bandung Studio, for some reason. I think the AC isn't cold enough or isn't working. The children's play area is quite entertaining.

The staff is friendly, the rides are also fun.

The toilets smell of urine, are dirty, and many of the rides need maintenance.

My suggestion is to provide more toys for children under 6 years old because their world is only open until 1 pm.

The most exciting thing was vertigo, even though some of the seat foam was already torn.

Easy ticket exchange. Friendly staff. Thrilling rides. More suitable for teenagers and adults. Hopefully, there will be rides suitable for younger children.
