Visited the National Gallery Indonesia and really enjoyed the experience. The gallery offers a great mix of classic and contemporary artworks, with a calm and inspiring atmosphere. A perfect place to appreciate Indonesian art, culture, and creativity right in the heart of Jakarta, around Gambir area.

The place is cozy, clean, and very comfortable for admiring the art. The staff is friendly and helpful, and you can paint on the walls in a dedicated area and have a drawing area. It's also family-friendly with affordable prices.

Enjoy the high and beautiful works of art by Indonesian artists... It doesn't have to cost a fortune. Highly recommended.

My first galnas date! It was so much fun to go there on a whim in the afternoon, just before sunset. The atmosphere was quieter and more serene. The staff was also very helpful if we needed help, especially in the downstairs lobby, where we could draw, color, and paint. Oh yeah, there were tarot readings too, which was hilarious!

The staff were very friendly and there were many of them, and you could ask for help taking photos, and they were also informative. I went there alone, but thankfully I met some nice people who were willing to go with me. Unfortunately, I arrived quite late in the afternoon, so I couldn't stay long at Galnas, and I had to rush the time. It was quite crowded when I arrived, so if I wanted to take photos, I had to take turns. If I go to Jakarta again, I'll definitely stop by Galnas again.
