It was great. We had to wait a bit long when we went, but it was fun. The waterfall is beautiful, and the automatic photo feature is great. We had to pay to get the photos later, but it was worth the experience.

I purchased a Pine Karts ticket, but the information printed in the PDF mistakenly stated it was a Datanla entrance ticket. This caused some initial difficulties in exchanging the ticket to participate in the Karts game. The staff had to double-check everything before allowing me to play. I suggest Traveloka correct the information on the PDF to include the correct entry ticket, saving time for both parties.
