Because I didn't get a tour guide during a long weekend holiday, it was a mess, with minimal automatic signs to the sites, so I had to feel my way around by myself.

If you go to Taman Sari, don't forget to use a tour guide, guys. Yesterday I went there with Mr. Mardi as my guide. He was friendly and the photos were great. 🥰 He will definitely make a comeback.

Coming to Taman Sari during the Eid holiday was really crowded, and at that time I chose to be accompanied by a tour guide to go around because I wanted to learn about its history. And it was worth it, so it was clear which routes to visit, the history was told from the entrance to the exit. For those who are new, it is better to use a tour guide, unless you have been there many times and just want to take pictures. Even though it was really crowded at that time, I was still able to enjoy this tourist spot and was amazed by the historical explanation told by the tour guide there.

After the day before to Bukit Pantai Parangtritis, Bukit Paralayang, Obelix, Obelix was badly congested, visitors got off the road by motorcycle taxi, luckily we rode a motorbike to avoid the traffic jam. This morning we explored the city, Pasar Ngasem was very full, the breakfast queue was very long, we got cendol thok, finally we moved to Taman Sari, eh it was still too early, tickets opened at 9, well we ended up waiting, but we were satisfied.

For that, the leftovers are ok even though they often get lost from one place to another. Btw, buying online is also good, no need to queue. Tq

Twice to Taman Sari, a must visit place when in Jogja ✨

The place is okay and quite Instagrammable—a good spot for taking pictures. However, the entire site is spread out, with different areas located apart from one another. Because of that, there are many unofficial tour guides offering help to explore. As a first-timer, it can be quite a struggle to find each spot without a guide. Thankfully, Google Maps helped a lot!
