I thought I wouldn't have to queue after buying online, but it turns out I still have to queue to exchange at the counter. I'm a bit disappointed with the service. Maybe next time, they could set up a special counter for those who have already bought online, so they don't feel like they're wasting their time buying online with a small discount. In my opinion, is it worth it? It's okay for once in a while, but next time, the system might need to be improved. As a visitor, I'm a bit disappointed that I still have to queue, hehe.

I swear it's so cool. Even though it's not very big, there's a lot of variety of animals. And most importantly, it's really nice to see the animals healthy and fat. The animal food isn't rotten fruit either (it was when I was there). Next time I go to Jogja again, I want to come here again. The staff is also very friendly, overall it's okay.

Suraloka is incredibly fun and exciting, with lots of animals. The facilities are excellent, child-friendly, and highly recommended for families, friends, or couples.

Okay. The kids love it, especially when they go into the aviary, where they can feed the birds directly from their hands.

It was okay. The staff were nice, but the place lacked air conditioning, so it was very hot. Overall, it was okay.

The staff is friendly, and the facilities are quite complete. The grounds are also quite clean for a zoo. The downsides might be that the directional signs are a bit confusing, and some animals lack nameplates. It might be helpful to add local names to the animals, rather than just their official names.

While it's nice to have new zones added, it's a shame that the rides require additional fees and are closed until the afternoon. A later night with lights would be even more appealing.

The animal collection is quite complete, my suggestion is to maintain cleanliness, especially in the animal cages because there are some smells that are quite disturbing, more trash cans should be provided and information boards with animal names should be provided because some are missing/or damaged, but otherwise it is good.
