It was fun. No issues, and exchanging tickets was easy. The kids loved it. They came just in time for an event, including the lion dance and opera, so thank God they had a great time. Then, it happened to rain, and the staff handed out free raincoats. It was totally worth the price. 🫰

Furthermore, the food stall attendants seemed unfriendly—no smiles or greetings, even though these are small details that can significantly impact visitor comfort. While the venue itself is quite appealing conceptually and visually, it's a shame the service doesn't live up to its potential. Hopefully, improvements in service and staff presence will be made in the future to create a more welcoming and informative visitor experience.

Yes, although it's a bit out of the way, it disappears once the kids are having fun. The place is compact, not too big, not too small, but still offers a relaxing safari experience.

Wow, super satisfied.. even though it was a bit complicated at first because the day we planned to come turned out to be raining heavily. But CS Traveloka and CS Suraloka were very helpful.. The ticket was still redeemed that day, but Suraloka can reschedule another day by showing WA to CS Suraloka. Booking through Traveloka when there was a discount, it was perfect. Not that spacious but okay for kids

The animals are quite diverse and the place is clean. There are lots of seats so you can rest anytime. I recommend buying a pass because you can see more diverse animals.
