The counter staff are friendly and cooperative in completing what has been done earlier even though the barcode is in the process of loading, the place is also clean even though the trash bins are quite minimal.

We came from Bandung and it took 3 hours by motorbike, it turned out that when we got there it was difficult to find the alley until we entered a resident's house, when we arrived at the ticket counter it was really bad that we had to check the ticket twice because I bought it online, then when we were inside it was really tiring having to go up and down the stairs, then wanting to rent a tire was really hard, we had to become a tire mugger to get it, because there was no clear queue number for when we would get the tire, and then we had to make a deposit first to rent it so I was tired of having to go back and forth to get the money, not like in Soreang, it was really nice to rent a tire and the water was also fresher, sorry this is my honest assessment that I was disappointed with the quality and service at AWB compared to Victory Soreang

Overall it's okay. It's also close to home.

the place is really good, there are waves, bubble baths. basically it's really cool, you guys should come here. I've been here often, especially since there's Traveloko, it's the best. sorry there are no photos, I didn't have time to take pictures because I was having so much fun playing in the water

The place is spacious, lots of places to take shelter, it's really cool

cheap, complete facilities, nice view of the mountains, only the carpet in the foam pool area is time to be replaced, so it doesn't look good because of the carpet

First impression of swimming here is that the place is nice and the rides are complete, input for the toilets and shower area is not very clean and smells a bit, hopefully in the future it can be looked into again

The game is quite interesting, the information board is lacking.

the place is nice, unfortunately many of the facilities are not functioning on weekdays, they should be functioning if there are few visitors. then the tire rental system should be made easier. the tires are quite burdensome if we have to return them to the rental place ourselves just to be able to get the remaining balance... if possible, the officer will just pick them up when the rental time is up... but everything is really good for a vacation with family... keep up the success..

The location is crowded and very exciting, but unfortunately many of the seats that should be for visitors are occupied by traders so many visitors don't get a seat.

The waves are exciting, the natural scenery is beautiful, and it's not too crowded, that's the positive side 7. there is a Mr. Ogah when exiting the parking lot asking for money even though he has already paid for parking, please regulate it, for example there is a security guard on duty, that person is not important, the streets are quiet, why is there a Mr. Ogah, if you don't give it, I'm afraid the person will get angry, it's not nice to bring children to cause a commotion

Alhamdulillah, it was quite an exciting experience to play the waves and slides. And the atmosphere when we arrived there was quiet. So, it was nice to enjoy.
