The viewing areas are limited and not very diverse. The ticket counter/exchange area should open before 9 am, not just when people start watching, as it takes time. At least the ticket purchase/exchange point should be open half an hour beforehand.

The ticket seller seemed grumpy the whole time. The place looked old, cramped, and very small. The entrance fee was 250 baht per person; that's enough to spend at Bang Saen for three people! Bang Saen is much better, cooler and more comfortable.

I visited on January 3rd, 2026. One zone was temporarily closed for renovations, but this wasn't indicated. It was a huge waste of my travel time and I paid the full ticket price. It was a terrible experience. There were very few marine animals because they had been removed for renovations. I was very disappointed.

The air conditioning is cool and comfortable. Children can have fun watching the various animals. There are not many people and it is not crowded. You can walk and see the fish and relax.
