The journey is exciting, like traveling around the world.

The staff was very helpful, willing to take my parents by shuttle to the castle and the photo area. Arriving in the afternoon between 3 and 5 is definitely worth it because it's quiet and offers ample photo opportunities, and you can also catch the golden hour. There are plenty of great photo spots.

The staff at the location are very friendly, and there's a shuttle bus to your destination so your feet won't get tired. You get a 5,000 IDR voucher to redeem for snacks. As for the price, it's better to check out from Traveloka. It's cheaper than checking out at the cashier.

The place is cool, clean, coincidentally I brought a group of elderly people who were over 60, the friendly staff were ready to help.

The staff at the location were very friendly and informative. You can also ask for help taking photos without paying. All the transportation drivers to the location were very friendly and pleasant. The location is very clean, and when I went there it was quiet. The entrance fee is IDR 50,000 on weekdays, I thought this was too expensive for a fairly simple place (not as colorful and crowded as the photo spots at The Great Asia Africa), but once I entered, it was still worth the ticket price, because all the staff and drivers provided good service. For me, the best part of my and my family's experience at Sarae Hills was the service of all the staff and drivers. Good job.

the place makes us travel around the world in one area

The place is nice, there are various historical places, spacious, and there is also a free shuttle. But unfortunately it is very quiet, I came with three of my friends on a long weekend but nobody else was there except us and the officers. Then there are some places that are already dusty, the photobox machine also keeps erroring. Hopefully it will be fixed next time.

The Colosseum is nice, but for older people the walk is quite steep.

the sky bridge is cool I didn't expect to be able to sit on the iron throne 😄 complete facilities, only the food in the restaurant is lacking thank you, improve the service

There are few rides and they are not well maintained (a lot of the paint has peeled off) so they are not very attractive for taking photos.

stafff good location. go down to the tourist spot using the shuttle car from above. nice and well maintained all the photo spots.. fun to come here.. only the direction to the castle is not clear because it is located at the top.. the impression is good and fun here.. only the tourist spot for regular tickets only 8 pieces that can be used for photos

Very happy and satisfied to be able to go to Sarae Hills, the staff are friendly, even the ticket seller who told me that if you buy it on Traveloka you can get a bigger discount, the place is spacious, the air is cool, there are lots of photo spots and the guys are very kind to take pictures of us at every spot for free...thank you Sarae Hills, thank you Traveloka
