Highly recommended! To exchange vouchers, you only need consultation via whatsapp, the consultation staff is very friendly, they immediately explain the terms and conditions clearly (if it's not clear, you can chat again) and we choose the first visit schedule. After arriving on the D day, the treatment took about 10 minutes and the therapist was very friendly while chatting. After the treatment is finished, the next schedule is immediately made

1.The first time I treated, there was a miscommunication between me and the platinum musee admin at the bella terra mall when I wanted to confirm my treatment schedule and the admin said yes but it turned out that when I arrived at the location I was blamed for the lack of communication with the staff at the musee for certainty even though I have proof of chat wa that I already asked the admin to confirm my schedule 2x via wa 2. when entering the treatment room the condition of the room apologizes for not being clean, the amount of dust around the corners of the treatment room (I forgot to take a picture as photo proof that the room was not cleaned the floor conditions)

great getting the cheapest price on traveloka 167k. wa fast response but there are many requirements, you have to read it diligently for the sake of skin safety too. the staff is helpful maybe because the duration is short so explain it is fast haha. anw I am satisfied.

Lokasi : lantai LG Bellatera life style. Pelayanan : untuk pertama kali dilakukan konsul dulu. Suasana ruangan konsul bersih. Cuma wkt awal dateng pelayannya judes bngt. Tapi pas udh selesai konsul baik2 mbak2nya. Wkt konsul jg yg jelasinnya baik dan informatif sekali. Wkt awal berkunjung blm ngerasain treatmentnya sih jd blm tau proses dan hasilnya gmn.

The treatment was quick and safe. If there's anything to add, might suggest the staff to be more warm towards the customer and all over the treatment. It felt like they saying the regulation like a robot. The room does not quite look as professional as I hope, but overall clean.

Diawali dengan proses konsultasi yg dimana untuk konsultasi tersebut harus reservasi tanggal dan jamnya. Treatment dilakukan di hari yg berbeda dengan hari konsultasi, better to reserve slot by phone call jadi nggak bolak balik. Treatment di schedule sesuai dengan ketersediaan slot treatment which is bisa lebih dari seminggu/2 minggu setelah jadwal konsultasi. So must be patient when we committed to join their treatments, karena banyak peminatnya
