It was my first experience visiting the spa and it was a great experience. My therapist Mba Bias, staff no 3 was friendly, warm and accommodating. She provided a very satisfying massage which hit all the sore areas. The facilities are well maintained and comfortable. Highly recommend to visit.

at the beginning of wanting to use Traveloka, the receptionist was not very responsive. instead recommend buying manuals and at the time of redeeming it is also a bit long

actually it's good, only the rules for redeeming from traveloka are simple, it must be at 2 in the afternoon, not late, it's not really good, so please ask the receptionist, luckily the lady is good, I want to ask again, the owner, told to try a scan, finally can and is allowed, indeed made an appointment 2 o'clock in the afternoon, cm because at that time I didn't know the place for the first time, then I admitted it was far away so I was looking for the place, hopefully it will be until late in the evening, so it's not rushed to redeem it

Good service, ambience is good too

The experience starts with you registering for a massage service. A glass of cool lemon infused water will be given and the masseur/masseuse will replace your shoes with sandals. The massage is good although the quality still variate a bit. After massage you can bath or go down to eat green bean soup and sip a glass of ginger tea. The ambience is very relaxing which I enjoy a lot.
