Second time here. If the treatment side is ok, there is no problem. It's just that the receptionist (there were 2), both when I came, said I already bought a treatment ticket through traveloka (microdermabrasion), both of them immediately judge with a face that doesn't seem like they want to accept me. I immediately asked questions: 1. Is there any acne anymore? 2. Why is his face red? Already used microdermabrasion? With an unfriendly face. But not too grumpy or bitchy. It's just not easy to look at it because it's flat isn't friendly. Honestly it turns out a bit lazy

Biasa-biasa saja. Tapi pengerjaannya yang terkesan buru-buru, dan agak kasar. 60-70 menit udah kelar. Padahal ditulis perawatannya 90 menit.

Cocok bgt facial disini, bruntusannya hilang... mba therapistnya jg telaten, mencetin jerawat tp ga terlalu sakit krn diuapnya agak lama. Bakal balik lagi! Kalo bisa dgn therapist yg sama

Unfriendly front office, additional charge for unused registration card, bothering staffs gossiping around and the therapist doesn't give u suitable advice for your skin type. They scratched my face over with that damned microdermabrasion tool. They didn't care even my face got terribly red. I'll never come back anymore. Nope!

Tempatnya bersih, rapi hanya terapis yg pegang saya sangat kasar melakukan pijitan di wajah dan terasa buru-buru seperti dikejar waktu... Selama melakukan facial merasa kurang nyaman...
