First time trying Nest balikpapan. Not satisfied with the service ... 1. Points cannot be entered if ordered via Traveloka. Even though in Pontianak, my point can be entered. 2. The building is big but unfortunately less clean. 3. The therapist doesn't fit the mass. In the part that should be slow, he is very strong at his massage. On the part that is supposed to be strong, he is very cool. As a result my arm got bruised. Hopefully in the future it can be better ...
