They don't know how to work with redemption vouchers! When I just arrived, the staff asked to swipe to redeem the voucher, then I immediately redeemed it. Then when I was about to finish, he went back and forth to me 3x, it was enough to annoy me, asking for the voucher, he said, the green checkbox if it was successful. At the beginning, he told me to swipe, why wasn't he directly photographed??! Even though I have sent a screenshot that has the date of the redeem time and the voucher barcode. Still just asking 2 3x until it makes me annoyed.
