Very bad time management. Appointment via WA at 5 pm. He arrived at his place and was told to wait a while, because the therapist was holding another person. Wait for half an hour, an hour, not called. I don't know how many times I asked the receptionist how many times it was clear, I asked how many times it was needed, the admin just went back and forth, Cengo was confused, he didn't give any information, just said a little later, a little later. Finally wait 2 hours. Why do you make a promise like that? Useless!
