This is the first time I've encountered a really rude receptionist, even though the others were friendly. It's true that curfews are tiring and you want to go home, but not that rude and curt. Regarding the voucher accidentally being moved in the app, I also told her that if she couldn't use it, it was fine. The therapists never disappoint, and I'm always a regular.

It was great, the therapist was very professional, the massage was good and after the therapy there were lots of drink and snack options provided.
