I initially had a bit problem with the booking. So apparently, although both the page and Traveloka customer service say “no reservation” is needed, it turns out Reservation needs to be done before settling on the date (as told by the Misumi admin to me). Fortunately at the end of the day, they managed to slip me a spot on that day. However the treatment is great. And the staffs there are all friendly.
