always friendly and good service to customers, I ask to change schedules and make appointments easy too. unfortunately this is because you have a loyalty program, but if you buy a maintenance voucher via a merchant like Traveloka, you don't get a point that can go to the member, hoping that in the future you can buy a product from anywhere.
