Handled by mba Eris (hopefully the spelling of her name is correct) and it’s SO good!!!! She REALLY knows what she’s doing. Always makes sure the pressure is right or not and surprisingly always fits my preference which is great. Bless your magical hands, mba. The post-service is also really cool. When leaving the room, I was immediately asked what kind of compliment drink I wanted. Will come here again FIXXXXX.

Worth it, the compliment already includes coffee and other drinks. So you won't get bored with ocha/ginger drinks.

very unfortunate, not a single part gets good execution. just repeating movements in the same area, without any essence felt. the pressure is not good, especially the selection of massage points. the important thing is just movement. the therapist is probably very new. if true, kokuo should check the readiness of the therapists before starting to serve customers.

The price of the fx branch is still standard, it doesn't go up like sency & plazsen, but the receptionists at fx are also friendly, the only minus is the therapist seems to be a bit corrupt of time. It's like when I was at sency, I was the only one who was lazy at sency because the receptionist who wears glasses and the therapist is also corrupt of time

the therapist is experienced and skilled. the service results are satisfactory. the place is clean and comfortable. just lacking update of the Kokuo branch phone number in the Traveloka menu. hopefully in the future the Kokuo branch phone number can be updated immediately according to customer orders so that it makes it easier to book therapy time. thank you.
