Seneng bener di Kokuo AIA selain karena segedung sama kantor juga pelayanannya mas dan mba terapis/FO-nya ramah-ramah, wangi disfusernya stress release banget so help to calm the stress. Minor services yg harus diperbarui menurut saya backsound yg sangat ganggu mungkin pemilihan instrument-nya harus direview lagi di AIA dan tambahan therapist perempuan karena sangat limited sekali. Overall is quite good. I enjoy the atmosphere, but just because of the limited space, the room feels so tight, the therapist need to find the space, esp when they are side by side massaging people, separated by curtain...

Pulang kerja langsung cuss karna 1 gedung juga. Tempatnya nyaman, sebelum masuk aja uda kecium wanginya. Tempatnya digelapin biar customer merasa lebih nyaman dan private. Therapistnya jago, kata temen si mending minta therapist cowo karna lebih kerasa pijitannya, kebetulan banget dapet cowo. Next time bakal balik lagi si

Rata-rata selalu puas sih kalo refleksi di Kokuo. Ambiencenya enak, jadi relax. Prosedur pijatnya tiap terapis sama, jadi titik-titik pentingnya dapat. Tapi tetap saja, tiap terapis beda-beda sih kemampuan dan tekanannya. Tapi overall OK sih. Kalo tekanan kuang pas, dibilangin saja. Kurangnya, dulu sebelum pijat, kaki dicuci pake air hangat, sekarang hanya dilap saja. Menurut saya lebih relax kalo dicuci pake air hangat sih.
