Even though I had already bought it twice with the same ticket price and the same haircut model. Only Des added the fee, it was even more expensive. If I had known this, I would have taken another barbershop like JBS/FI which had the same/cheaper price but definitely got better service. Then my head got a little cut from the razor which resulted in a scratch and I couldn't shower my head because it would definitely sting from the water. The guy also knew, but he didn't apologize. I'll never get a haircut here again.

NO MASSAGE!! Even though I took the complete package (luxury), there was no massage. The barber's menu board at the location also said it included massage, but when I confirmed it, it said there was no massage. disappointed :(
