Kurang suka sama hasil smoothing nya, rambut berasa kurang rapi aja gitu karna grindilan pangkal rambut yg jadi kasar dan berasa ga di smoothing, sebelumnya udah pernah smoothing di tempat lain tapi berasa beda aja hasilnya, agak kecewa sih
