The blow staff skill must be improved, it's very lacking

Was already booked my reservation via Whatsapp & call, but when I came they just asked me to come again another day because they’re full at the moment. Then I came back 3 days later, the same thing happened. They didn't ask me to reschedule it, but they just told me to just drive & hang around PIK area and come back 1-2 hours later. I just do so because there’s no solution other than that. Extremely disappointed and won't come back

The stylist really knows how to handle the haircut. The place was clean n good. It was our first experience but definitely would recommend n come back.

overall satisfied with the hairstylist mr. cipto. friendly and nice cutout. only I was a little disappointed, I bought a scissor voucher for IDR 180 thousand, the promo on Traveloka was 143 thousand. price of scissors with a star stylist 198 rb. I should only have added 18 thousand (with a voucher of 180 thousand) but I had to add about 48 thousand. So why should I buy a disc voucher on Traveloka? please tell me the one who failed to understand or the cashier who miscalculated?
