The front office is unprofessional, with customers gossiping loudly. It's not appropriate for customers to hear about your life. They don't smile enough, and when I left, they ignored me... but the therapists have been kind and friendly so far.

So relaxing. But the music in the therapy room was sometimes loud and distracting during the massage. Overall, everything was fine.

The therapist's service was excellent, the atmosphere comfortable, and the voucher exchange process was very fast. Thank you Hua SPA for having me.🫶🏻

We took couple package and it was super nice, relaxing and private. There are coffee museum tour, massage spa, and we also got dinner from them (the mapo tofu was really delicious, i love it!). They can pick us up and drive us back to the location as we asked. The massage also really really good, I even fell asleep when the therapist massaged me 🤭 Worth to try!

The therapist definitely needs training how to give treatment. The technique was painful, and she doesn’t know how to positioning herself during the treatment. I even complained when she sat on my back, and she said she was not, but in fact I can feel the weight. The drapping technique was also poor, it made me feel ashamed.

Came to reception right after a huge tour group finished their session. Tried getting the attention of the receptionists (there were 3 people) multiple times to get me checked in for the treatment but they were to busy selling massage oil to the tourists. The massage itself was very nice even though treatment rooms were shady. Changing room is next to the receptionist, then you have to walk to the treatment room (throught stairs and corridors) just wearing a thin kimono with other people doing the same thing. No private changing room in the changing room, you have to do it in the shower or toilet cubicle.
