This is our first time watching Disney on Ice. It turns out that the location is close to the vehicle entrance gate, so it is quite convenient for public transportation users.

Good, must watch again but because the venue is in the GBK area it is also easier to access.

Really like the performance, only the seats are hard. I am a silver category and got on the side of the stage, a bit blocked by a pole even though the skaters walked here and there so it was still visible. The performance focused on appearing in front, those on the upper edge like me were rarely greeted and glanced at the characters. Not recommended to buy tickets on the edge of the stage.

My son was super happy and enjoyed the show. The event organizer did great with the crowd control.

This was my first time watching Disney on Ice & I really loved it!!! The entry process was smooth, and the staff were very helpful. There was no need to exchange the ticket, this is great for reducing waste (paperless), but on the other side, I kind of missed the excitement of exchanging tickets for wristbands & I can't save it for memories. The stage design, visual, and the performers were all amazing. The show start on time. My favorite part was definitely Princess Elsa from Frozen! It's a pity her performance wasn't saved for the finale-because it was so stunning, and the whole audience was singing & many child dancing along since the songs are such a big part of childhood memories for many Indonesian kids. Many audience who came dressed up like real princesses and princes. In the outside of the stage, there were lots of food stalls, face painting, & photobooth. Overall, I absolutely loved it!

If Onestepforward and Traveloka are the ones organizing the Disney on Ice event, you know it’s going to be top-notch. From the easy ticket purchase to the truly amazing show — everything was just wow! I’ll definitely be watching Disney on Ice again next year. As for the venue, both ICE BSD and Istora Senayan have their pros and cons. But what really matters is the incredible show. Wishing you continued success!

Overall the event was ok, the ice skating area was not wide enough, so the players' movements were limited, and the audience seats were not comfortable and narrow, several times my head hit the shoulders/feet of the people sitting behind me
