It was really fun just watching westlife this time, many thanks for my beauty boss who already bought tickets and the amazing concert was just for the photobooth, the committee needs to be improved

Friendly staff, easy ticket exchange, concert went smoothly

There were only 2 rows at the ticket redemption counter, it took a long time even though the queue was long. I wasn't satisfied with the concert, Westlife's performance didn't last for 2 hours, but the sound quality was okay for an outdoor concert, the tenants etc were just so-so, the stage layout wasn't quite right, and those watching the festival were covered by cameras and staff monitors.

The committee was not prepared enough in terms of exchanging the bracelets to enter the festival venue. It is very unfortunate.

There was a bit of a commotion and chaos at the festival ticket exchange.

Overall, it's okay.. exchanging vouchers is relatively easy and fast. It's just that when you want to give a ticket, the officer seems confused or weighing something..

Ordering tickets is easy, there's not much of a queue to exchange, the parking area is spacious, overall it's comfortable

The ticket exchange queue had no ropes, resulting in many people jumping the queue without any security from any personnel.

Unfortunately, it's just not clear where the ticket exchange location is so you have to go around Prambanan first. The rest is ok!

It's really exciting because you can enjoy the sunset in Prambanan with friends
