The explanation is 24 hours for the results but I just got the results 63.5 hours later after taking the sample, please correct this for the matter. Because it's quite annoying waiting for it, thank you.

Came here because I saw the good reviews and could drive thru. When I arrived, it turned out that it wasn't a drive thru. And there is only one person in charge. Ladies and gentlemen who swab and concurrently become admins and don't use PPE. Around 3 pm the PCR swab the next morning the results came out at 9. And the results were positive. I immediately looked for another place for PCR again up to 4 times a week after I tested positive at Naraya, apparently all of them were negative. Very detrimental once the results are false positives. Please pay attention again everything. thx.

Service not a pro. PCR results are more than 24 hours and that too must be a proactive consumer.

Don’t use this lab for air travel purpose. It took 24-hr to get the result, which is frustrating.

Fast result just 10-15 minutes. The result was sent to PeduliLindungi App. However, they are just available from 8 am to 3 or 4 pm, so come earlier.
