Experience rapid antigen test at Siloam Bangka, staff are responsive, nurses are very friendly and professional. Old administrative procedures (manual data collection and staff having to go back and forth delivering files from the receptionist to the outside area). The test was carried out in an area outside the hospital building, very uncomfortable, hot and many people. The waiting area in the car park and the position of the waiting chairs are close together. There are no queue numbers and the number of helpful staff is small (staff seem quite overwhelmed). The letter printing process took more than 1 hour, even though the nurse had sent the test results to the admin in the initial 10-15 minutes after the test was taken.
