well I went there to do pcr for my daughter, we had to do administration on the tent, and waited for more than 20 mnt, then the pcr held in front of the entrance door, at the backside of the hospital, and overall I have to wait for more than 30 minutes, no other people were queueing there. not friendly staff also.

This is the first time for rapid antigen, so it's still really stupid. But the staff is friendly, the nurse is also friendly, the process is served well and very patient... Just waiting for about 20 minutes for the rapid results to be ready

the officers are still not fluent, the use of Traveloka vouchers, maybe because they are rarely used, but the overall service is quite good.
