Redeem is easy, the staff is friendly and helpful. The results of the antigen should be sent within 1 hour, but only after 3 hours (even though it wasn't crowded). Even though at Mitra Keluarga Hospital it is included in the list of labs that are in care to protect, but the results don't go directly to the care and protect account.
