Hmm, it's a bit lacking in terms of redemption service, I've used it several times in other places, I just scan the barcode but in Biotest, I have to ask in detail for the price of the package I bought, it's a bit of an inconvenience! But the others are OK, it's a shame the package I took was not accompanied by a doctor's consultation even though it was accompanied before

Unfortunately, I didn't accompany my dad so I will just write based on info that I got from my dad. Overall, no complaint at all with the process, waiting for the result this afternoon

the process is really fast, the admin is friendly and quite helpful. all employees wear complete PPE, especially for nurses who take blood draws. the result info is also fast. lil pro tip, come a little early, so it's quieter (for those who are still worried if they want to go to the lab).

I waited 1 hour 39 minutes with the excuse "still validated". Very disappointed with the service promised on the application, because it does not match reality

The staff is very helpful and the process of rapid test took only more or less 10 minutes. Took the test at 10 and the result (in English) came up at 12.
