The service is not too long, quite fast, the staff is quick to respond, it's just that the waiting area is limited.

the schedule listed on traveloka and the hospital is very different, when I was at the hospital I was told to wait 1.5 hours because the queue inside was busy (I checked and looked at the place for the PCR test, no one was queuing). the location of the list and the PCR Test in the front parking lot. when I waited for 1.5 hours, it was around 21.30 WIB, it turned out that I was just left by their staff in front of the queue, without telling me what to do and where... finally I decided to enter the hospital and go to the registration area, and again I was told to wait again by them, waiting -15 min, no call and clarity ... finally I arrived at the security guard who was near the lobby door. and I'm also already annoyed because it's not clear like this, finally helped by the security guard ... and started processing by filling out forms etc. in conclusion: 1. the schedule listed on traveloka and the hospital is very different 2. Hospital staff are not aware of patients and are not polite in my opinion 3. The results that came out did not match what was stated on H + 1, the reason was because on the red date there was no courier to deliver to the Lab.
